K&A is pleased to announce the joining of Khalid AlYafi, as Counsel, to K&A’s premier tier 1 capital markets practice to further bolster and strengthen the services it provides to its KSA and international clients.

Khalid, an ECM and DCM specialist, was involved in many of the high-profile transactions in the GCC over the past decade. Prior to joining K&A, Khalid spent near a decade working in international capital markets at Allen & Overy, London, giving him a strong background in international securities offerings.
