- Provide our services: to analyze, review, and comment on the information and facts presented to us to advise the relevant client of the issues that our services were sought for.

- Information that will be disclosed in prospectuses, circulars, and other public documents
- Information that will be included in due diligence reports
Please note that such Processing of Personal Data is mandatory for the following reasons, and if K&A is unable to Process your Personal Data, K&A may not be able to:
- Proceed with your application or evaluate your application.
- Maintain accurate records of your relationship with us, which may impact ongoing communications and services.
- Respond to inquiries or requests for information submitted by you, which may hinder the effectiveness of our communication.
- Provide you or your employer with the services or information you may be requesting from us.
- Ensure the security of our interactions, as well as protect against potential security risks or fraudulent activities.
Given the above, if you do not consent to the Processing of the above-mentioned Personal Data, K&A will not have the right, licenses, or permit to Process your Personal Data and would therefore be unable to perform the required.
