Abdullah is an associate in our dispute resolution team, where he assists in litigation cases, arbitration cases and in providing legal opinions related to client’s position in a dispute.

Prior to joining K&A, Abdullah worked in a law firm that specialized in securities disputes. Particularly, Abdullah assisted in cases before CRSD regarding the liability of board members in listed companies and the liability of investment funds managers for the fund loses.

Abdullah obtained a Bachelor of Law with honors from Prince Sultan University, he also obtained a Shariah Counsellor Certificate in Islamic Financial Jurisprudence and Dispute Resolution on the Fellowship Program provided by the Saudi Judicial Scientific Association. Further, he has been awarded the Certificate in Introduction to Securities & Investment by the Chartered Institution for Securities and Investment (CME-1A) & (CME-1B).
