Abdullah is an Associate in K&A’s Capital Markets practice, where he advises clients on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters, including initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, mergers and acquisitions, capital restructurings, and complex corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining K&A, Abdullah practiced in the United States, where he advised clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law, gaining cross-border experience across multiple industries and deal structures.

Abdullah holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona, and a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) in Tax Law from the same institution. He also earned an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with honors from King Abdulaziz University.

He is dual qualified in California and Saudi Arabia and is fluent in Arabic and English.
