Abdullah is a California and Saudi Arabia qualified associate in our corporate practice. He advises clients on a variety of legal matters including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining K&A, Abdullah practiced in the US advising clients on different matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law.

Abdullah Holds a Juris Doctorate from James E Rogers Law School in Arizona where he also obtained Scientia Jurisprudence Doctorate in Tax law, he obtained an LL.M in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Strauss Institute At Pepperdine University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Law with Honors from King Abdulaziz University.
