Ahil is a Trainee Associate in our Corporate team. Ahil has acted on arrange of corporate and capital markets matters including M&As, IPOs, investment fund, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, incorporations, and corporate governance. Ahil’s particular focus is M&As and corporate advisory work in Saudi Arabia. Ahil have advised companies, free zones, government bodies, private equity companies, management teams, and entrepreneurs on a range of cross-border and multi-jurisdiction transactions.

Prior joining K&A, Ahil gained valuable experience during an internship at a firm specializing incorporate and capital markets, where he also earned two professional certificates in capital markets (CME-1 and CME-5).

Ahil obtained an LLB from King Saud University with an Honors degree.

Ahil is fluent in Arabic and English.
