Amer is an Associate in our corporate practice. Since joining K&A, he has played an integral role in advising both Saudi Arabian and international clients on a diverse range of corporate, joint venture transactions, public and private M&As, and capital markets transactions.

With experience in the capital markets team, Amer has worked on IPOs from both the issuer’s side and as underwriters’ counsel, as well as Sukuk issuances. This background enhances his approach to corporate transactions, particularly in regulatory compliance and cross-border structuring.

In addition to his capital markets expertise, Amer has taken on increased responsibilities in M&A and joint venture transactions, further broadening his skill set and delivering tailored legal solutions to complex matters.

Amer holds a Bachelor of Laws from Prince Sultan University with Honors.

Before joining K&A, Amer gained valuable experience through internships as an in-house legal counsel at a PIF subsidiary and at an international law firm, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on both client-side and private practice challenges.

Amer is fluent in Arabic and English.
