Areej is qualified as a Lawyer in Saudi Arabia, and she work our Corporate Team. Prior to joining K&A, Areej worked and took the lead on a wide range of corporate legal matters. She advised clients on various matters concerning diverse industries. She was involved in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate structuring and meticulous drafting/reviewing legal instruments, such shareholders’ resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements (SPAs), and various pivotal contracts.

Areej has a Bachelor of Law with First Honor from Dar Al-Hekma University and a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from University College London (UCL) with Distinction, where she was also awarded a Distinction in her dissertation.
