Deema is a Trainee Associate in K&A’s Capital Markets practice, where she advises clients on initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, sukuk issuances, public mergers and acquisitions (M&As), and complex corporate governance matters.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Prince Sultan University, graduating with Excellent with Honors under the Commercial and International Track.

Deema is fluent in Arabic and English.
