Ibrahim is a trainee associate in our corporate practice. In which he works on diverse corporate matters.

Prior to joining K&A, Ibrahim worked at a law firm where he advised on several corporate matters, including corporate governance, joint ventures, M&A, and advising foreign clients. He also worked on various regulatory matters, such as drafting laws, implementing regulations, policies, and establishing government entities. He also worked in an international law firm as a legal intern, in which he assisted in multiple corporate and IPO matters.

Ibrahim also participated as an intern in partnership with Mohammad Bin Salman Foundation(“MISK”) to work with a legal start-up in which he worked on researching alternative dispute resolution methods to establish an online dispute resolution platform.

Ibrahim has aBachelor of Law from King Saud University.

Ibrahimis fluent in both Arabic & English.
