Ibrahim is a Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where he assists in advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His work includes complex corporate governance advisory, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions , and advising foreign clients on market entry and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Prior to joining K&A, Ibrahim worked at a local law firm, where he gained experience advising on regulatory projects, including drafting laws, implementing regulations, and establishing government entities. He also trained with an international law firm, assisting in corporate and IPO transactions, and participated in a partnership program with the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (MISK), where he worked with a legal start-up researching alternative dispute resolution mechanisms for developing an online dispute resolution platform.

Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Saud University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
