Khaled is an Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where he advises clients on complex corporate governance advisory, restructurings, joint venture and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also supports the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, providing legal analysis and advice on ongoing and potential disputes.

Prior to joining K&A, Khaled worked at a regional law firm, where he gained significant experience advising a diverse portfolio of clients on corporate and commercial matters, and representing them before courts and arbitration tribunals across multiple jurisdictions.

Khaled holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from King Saud University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with Merit from King’s College London.

He is dual qualified in England & Wales and Saudi Arabia, and fluent in Arabic and English.
