Khaled is an associate in our corporate team, where he works in our corporate practice, in mandates of incorporations, corporate governance and in conducting due diligence exercises for various transactions, including restructuring and private M&As. He also regularly assists in our dispute resolution practice by providing legal advice in relation to ongoing or potential disputes.

Prior to joining K&A, Khaled worked in a regional law firm where he gained immense experience in providing legal services to a wide array of different clients in relation to their corporate commercial matters and have represented clients across all different courts and arbitration tribunal for dispute resolution files.

Khaled obtained a Bachelor of Law with honors from King Saud University, a Master of Laws with merit from Kings College London.

Khaled is fluent in Arabic and English.
