Mohammad is an Associate in our Capital Markets practice. He advises on IPOs, complex restructurings, sukuk, and public M&A transactions. He also regularly supports other practices, including Corporate, Regulatory and Dispute Resolution, by providing advice on matters related to capital markets and Shariah law.

Before joining K&A, Mohammad gained experience at a prominent law firm, where he provided counsel on a broad range of issues with a focus on public policy and regulatory drafting which provided him with a deep understanding of regulatory analysis and complex corporate governance issues.

 Mohammad holds a bachelor’s degree in Shariah law from Imam Mohammed Bin Saud University with First Class Honors (Selected as University Commencement Speaker).

 Mohammad is fluent in Arabic and English.
