Nabeel is an Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where he advises on a wide range of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), global restructurings, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements. His primary focus lies in M&A and corporate advisory work across the Middle East and Europe, where he has acted for a broad portfolio of clients, including multinational companies, free zones, government entities, private equity firms, and management teams.

Prior to joining K&A, Nabeel completed his England & Wales solicitor qualification with a global consulting firm, working between its Dubai and London offices. He subsequently spent four years with leading U.S. law firms, advising on large-scale acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures. Having been based in the UAE since 2017, Nabeel has developed a strong understanding of UAE corporate and commercial laws, both mainland and free zone, enabling him to advise clients from both a transactional and general corporate perspective.

Nabeel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from the University of Central Lancashire (England) and completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Legal Practice at the University of Law, Manchester (England).

He is fluent in English and Urdu.
