Nawaf is a Trainee Associate in K&A' Transactional and Advisory practice, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining K&A, Nawaf gained experience through multiple internships at leading law firms, and completed an in-house internship with a RegTech start-up, giving him exposure to both private practice and technology-driven regulatory environments.

Nawaf holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from SOAS, University of London, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Competition Law from King’s College London. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
