Omran is an associate in our Finance and Projects team. He specializes in advising clients on banking, project finance and restructuring mandates.

Prior to joining K&A, Omran worked at a regional law firm in KSA where he advised corporations on numerous transactions, including public and private M&A and listing on the capital markets. He was also involved in general corporate advisory work, such as foreign investment, corporate governance, restructuring and labor.

Omran completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and his Legal Practice Course (LPC) in the UK. He also holds a certificate from Harvard Law School, having completed the “Financial Analysis and Valuation for Lawyers” course.

Omran is fluent in Arabic and English.
