Reem is an associate in our Regulatory team, providing counsel to the public and private sectors on commercial, capital markets, and corporate matters, with a specific emphasis on public policy, regulatory, and legislative aspects. Her expertise includes drafting and amending laws and regulations, conducting comparative studies, gap analyses, and due diligence reports, as well as offering guidance on the application of legal frameworks.

Before joining K&A, Reem refined her skills at one of the international law firm, contributing to prominent projects involving organizational restructuring in private entities and government Transformation and Privatization initiatives.

Reem holds a Bachelor's degree in Law with honors from Prince Sultan University and a Master's degree in Commercial Law with honors from the same institution. She is admitted to practice law by the Saudi Bar Association.

Reem is fluent in Arabic and English.
