Reem is an Associate in K&A’s Regulatory practice, where she advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of commercial, capital markets, and corporate matters, with a particular focus on public policy, regulatory reform, and legislative development. Her experience includes drafting and amending laws and regulations, conducting comparative legal studies, gap analyses, and due diligence reviews, and advising on the interpretation and application of regulatory frameworks.

Before joining K&A, Reem worked at an international law firm, where she contributed to several high-profile mandates, including organizational restructurings, government transformation, and privatization projects. This experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of both policy implementation and private sector regulatory compliance.

Reem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (with Honors) and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law (with Honors) from Prince Sultan University. She is admitted to practice law by the Saudi Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic and English.
