Reema is a trainee associate in our capital markets practice, which provides comprehensive services and advice on IPOs, complex corporate governance issues, sukuk, and public M&As.

Prior to joining K&A she gained different experiences, in the public sector and private sector. She also worked in one of the vision 2030 programs by preparing the legislative environment. She was able to participate in establishing government committees, contributing to formulating their work regulations.

Reema has a Bachelor of Laws with honors from Princess Noura bent Abdulrahman University.
