Ryanh is a Trainee Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where she assists in advising clients on foreign direct investment (FDI), corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She also supports on matters involving corporate governance, and participates in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements across various industries.

Her work includes supporting senior lawyers in preparing legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and advising on regulatory compliance within the Saudi corporate legal framework.

Ryanh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King Saud University, graduating with First Class Honors, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
