Yousif is an associate in our corporate practice. His tenure focuses are commercial transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, Islamic finance, Islamic hedging and liquidity.

Prior to joining K&A, Yousif was Legal Counsel at the Islamic Development Bank, where he advised in sovereign lending transactions, project finance, and the structuring of funds. Furthermore, Yousif has experience at a local law firm where he garnered a deep understanding of Saudi corporate and commercial law as well as commercial litigation.

Yousif obtained an LLB from City, University of London and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary, University of London.
