Yousif is an Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where he advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Islamic finance, and Islamic hedging and liquidity arrangements. His work spans both domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on delivering commercially driven and Shariah-compliant legal solutions.

Prior to joining K&A, Yousif served as Legal Counsel at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), where he advised on sovereign lending transactions, project financings, and the structuring of Islamic funds. He also gained valuable experience at a Saudi law firm, where he deepened his understanding of corporate and commercial law and commercial litigation under Saudi regulations.

Yousif holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from City, University of London, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary, University of London. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
