K&A has advised Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Ventures Company Limited (WAED) in relation to its multi-million series B round of investment in COFE, a multi-jurisdictional provider of farm-to-cup coffee services for consumers.

Leading innovation in the regional coffee industry, COFE was listed as one of the top 10 most downloaded food delivery apps in Saudi Arabia in 2021 according to a survey conducted by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission of Saudi Arabia.

The transaction was led by M&A Partners Leen Zaza and Zeyad Khoshaim, and associate Meshal Alkolaika and supported by associates Dana Aldhuwaihi, and Abdullah Alshakrah.

This transaction comes on the back of K&A’s streak winning Saudi Arabian Independent Law Firm of the Year by Chambers Middle East Awards and ALB Thomson Reuters Middle East’s Saudi Arabian Law Firm of the Year, all further solidifying K&A’s position as the premier law firm in Saudi Arabia.
