Zeyad specializes in advising corporate multinationals, government entities, and financial institutions on fund-raisings, structuring, financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and major project developments in Saudi Arabia. He regularly acts on complex cross-border transactions and high-profile strategic mandates involving regulatory and commercial dimensions.

In addition to his client work, Zeyad has played a significant role in shaping Saudi Arabia’s legal and regulatory landscape. He has served as a member of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) Advisory Committee, a founding Board Member of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), and was recently nominated by the Government of Saudi Arabia to the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), where he serves as a Member of the Court.

Zeyad holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University, and a Certificate in the Management of Law Firms from Harvard Law School Executive Education.
