Basma is a Partner. She has significant experience in a wide range of corporate transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructuring, and general corporate and commercial law.  In addition to representing a wide-range of international and local clients including government entities on their investments and operations in the Kingdom; Basma has built sector-specific expertise in advising and working on transactions within the healthcare industry including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biopharama, retail and e-commerce as well as hospitality and leisure. 

Basma obtained an LLB in Law from the University of Essex, and an LLM in International Comparative Commercial Law, from SOAS, University of London. 

Basma is qualified in both New York and Saudi Arabia and is fluent in Arabic and English.
