GFC Media Group Awards has recognized K&A as the Capital Markets Legal Adviser of the Year at the Capital Markets & ESG Finance Saudi Arabia Awards for advising on most innovative & ground-breaking deals in Saudi Arabia for the year of 2022.

GFC also awarded K&A “International IPO/Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year ”for its work on SAR 6.77bn Abu Dhabi/Saudi Arabia Dual-Listed Initial Public Offering of Americana Restaurants International PLC, “Social Infrastructure Finance Deal of the Year” for its work on SAR 1.3bn Senior Secured Limited Recourse Project Loan for Ministry of Education, Tatweer Building Company, and “Local Currency Bank/FI Bond Deal of the Year” for its work on SAR 10bnRetail Public Offer Tier 1 Sukuk for Al Rajhi Bank.

These awards further showcase K&A’s status as the premier capital markets firm, for both ECM and DCM, in Saudi Arabia.

This comes on the back of K&A advising Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company on its IPO, becoming one of the largest IPOs in 2022.
