Danah is an Associate in our Corporate team. Danah has acted on a range of corporate matters with a particular focus on joint ventures, restructurings, foreign investment, corporate governance, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory work. She also has extensive experience in employment laws and advises companies and government bodies on a wide range of employment matters.

Prior to joining K&A, Danah worked at an international law firm based in Riyadh where she advised clients on regulatory, procedural and advisory corporate and employment matters for both local and foreign investors.

Danah obtained her LLB (honors) from Prince Sultan University, and is qualified in Saudi Arabia.

Danah is fluent in Arabic and English.
