Hawa is a Senior Associate in K&A’s Corporate practice, where she specializes in joint ventures, private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital projects, and corporate restructurings. She plays a key role in advising clients on corporate governance and compliance matters, representing a diverse range of clients including government-owned entities, multinational corporations, and private investors.

With deep expertise in foreign investment laws, Hawa provides strategic guidance on market entry, ownership structuring, and regulatory compliance. She also advises clients in the healthcare sector on industry-specific regulations, licensing frameworks, and corporate structuring under Saudi law.

Hawa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Prince Sultan University and is a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia.

She is fluent in Arabic and English.
