Naryman Alkassimi is a Senior Associate in our Finance & Projects team.

Naryman has acted on a range of banking and finance matters including corporate finance, real estate finance, acquisitions finance, asset-based finance and restructurings. She has advised banks, government lenders, funds, ECA’s, companies and a wide variety of sponsors in a number of industries, on a range of KSA, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. She has also advised a number of banks on regulatory matters.

Prior to joining K&A, Naryman worked in an international law firm and in a local law firm where she gained experience, legal knowledge and skills in a number of practice areas while focusing her practice on banking and finance.

Naryman has gained a deep understanding of key financing concepts and structures in KSA, allowing her to advise lenders and borrowers from both a transactional and a local law perspective.

Naryman obtained an LL.B and LL.M in Commercial Law (Distinction) from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.

Naryman is fluent in English.
