Noura is an associate in our dispute resolution team, where she works on litigation cases before the Commercial Court and various committees as well as arbitration cases. She also regularly assists in our corporate practice, in mandates of incorporations, corporate governance and in conducting due diligence exercises for various transactions, including restructuring and private M&As.

Prior to joining K&A, Noura interned at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration where she gained a thorough understanding of the arbitration system in Saudi as well as passed the Module 1 International Arbitration Fellowship Program provided by the CIArb.

Noura obtained a Bachelor of Laws with honors from Prince Sultan University.

Noura is fluent in Arabic and English."
