Saud is an associate in our capital markets practice that handles public M&A transactions, IPOs, corporate governance issues, and a variety of corporate and capital market matters. Prior to joining K&A, Saud was an analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Saud has a Bachelor of Business and Law from University College Dublin and a Master of Law from the University of California, Irvine School of Law.
