K&A acted on Miahona Company’s initial public offering and listing on the main market of the Saudi Exchange, raising over US$ 148 million. K&A acted as the legal adviser to Saudi Fransi Capital and EFG Hermes KSA, the joint financial advisers, underwriters and bookrunners on the IPO.

Miahona, the Saudi-based developer of water and wastewater infrastructure, one of the first proponents of the public-private partnership (PPP) model in the Kingdom, catering to municipal and industrial clients. Miahona is owned by Vision Invest, a leading development and investment company. This strategic move reflects Miahona’s aim to expand its footprint and leverage emerging opportunities within the water cycle management sector.

The transaction was led by Partner Zeyad Khoshaim along with Counsel Khalid Alyafi and Senior Associate Ghaida Meaigel, supported by a team of associates including Duaa Amer and Saud Aldriss

This announcement comes on the heels of K&A being named as the only independent Saudi Arabian law firm ranked as a Top Tier Firm by Legal 500, after having won Saudi Arabian law firm of the year by IFLR1000.
