Yousef is a member of the K&A corporate team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

With extensive and hands-on experience advising on high-profile and multifaceted M&A transactions, Yousef has built significant expertise in navigating intricate corporate structures, addressing complex legal challenges, and delivering tailored, strategic solutions that align with clients' business objectives and long-term goals.

In addition to expertise in corporate matters, Yousef has gained extensive experience across privatization, public-private partnerships (PPP), regulatory compliance, intellectual property, construction and related disputes, as well as cybersecurity and data protection.

Yousef holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Jeddah, followed by a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of California – Berkeley School of Law. Further credentials include a Certificate in Law & Technology from the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology, reflecting a commitment to cutting-edge legal practice.
