K&A advised Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC), on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of the project agreements of Wave 2 of the Schools Infrastructure Development PPP Program.

Wave2 of the program involves the design, build, financing and maintenance of 60schools and associated facilities in the city of Al Madinah Almonawara. After K&A advised on Wave 1 of the same program, Wave 2 of the program is designed to further expand the existing education facilities in KSA.

The team working on this project was led by Projects Partner Hamdan van den Brule and Managing Partner Zeyad Khoshaim, and supported by Associates Duaa Amer, Yousef Tolah, and Abdulaziz Alobaid, and worked with colleagues at HSBC, Allen & Overy, and AECOM.
