Duaa is an associate who works on capital markets matters and also works closely with on corporate matters. 

Duaa works on matters related to corporate governance, foreign investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and general regulatory and corporate advisory. 

She is also involved in privatization projects. Duaa obtained her bachelor’s degree in law (honors) from Dar Al-Hekma University and her LLM from Cornell Law School. Duaa is a qualified New York attorney.
