Duaa is an Associate at K&A's Capital Market practice, where she advises clients on various capital markets and corporate transactions. Her practice includes IPO's, rights Issues, public M&A, Sovereign Debt, Sukuk and Debt Instruments, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory matters. She is also involved in privatization projects and frequently works with government-related entities and international investors.

Duaa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Dar Al-Hekma University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cornell Law School.

She is dual qualified in New York and Saudi Arabia and is fluent in Arabic and English.
