Ghaida is a senior associates in K&A's Capital Markets practice and widely recognized for leading some of the most sophisticated and high-value public M&A transactions in the Kingdom, including all major public share-swap deals to date.

She advises on IPOs, including those involving Reg S/foreign offerings, and has provided counsel to issuers, banks, shareholders, and investors on numerous high-profile IPOs. Ghaida has also led KSA’s largest public-to-public share swaps, and has the largest number of public M&A under her belt in KSA. She routinely advises on complex issuances and restructuring for public deals, assists our dispute resolution practice in intricate securities disputes, and advises government entities, including the CMA, on financial and securities regulations.

Ghaida earned a Bachelor of Laws from Prince Sultan University (First Honors, Valedictorian), a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (with Distinction), the Wharton Business and Law Certificate from the Wharton School (Class Speaker) and was part of the Women Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. Ghaida has won many national and international awards for her leadership roles in the community and technical experience, including the Women Achievement Award from McKinsey & Company, the Young Lawyer of the Year from ALB Middle East, and has been ranked in Chambers and Partners and Legal500.

She is dual qualified in New York and Saudi Arabia and is fluent in Arabic and English.
