Ghaida is a senior associate in our capital markets practice. She mainly works on public M&A and complex corporate governance issues, and has been involved in many of the high-profile M&A transactions in the Saudi Arabian capital market. She also assists our Regulatory and Public Policy practice in economic and financial regulations and has advised various governmental authorities on these issues. 

Ghaida has a Bachelor of Laws from Prince Sultan University (First Honors), and a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (Distinction), when she also earned the Wharton Business and Law Certificate from the Wharton School (Class Speaker).

Ghaida is licensed in Saudi Arabia and New York State.
